Listen to an exclusive interview with former England all-rounder Sir Ian Botham, who took time out from an event during his role as Beefeater's Boss of Beef to talk to us.
He was taking part in an event called 'Bowl Over Beefy' where he was getting involved in a game of Cage Cricket, along with several others, both young and more experienced, including Cricket World's Head of Media Alastair Symondson.
He speaks about cage cricket and how it is an all-inclusive game, before also talking about nutrition and fitness, both in general terms and as a professional sportsman.
Turning his attention to sport being played in schools, he says it should be a part of school life as sport teaches you so much, quoting Nelson Mandela, who said that sport breaks down more boundaries than any politicians can.
